Over the past three years I have created literally hundreds of websites, thousands if you count the various Web2.0 properties I've built with automation tools and scripts that I've used for SEO purposes and experimented with over this period.

Some have been for fun, some for specific commercial purposes and most in the course of connecting people with various products in a diverse range of industries and market segments. This represents only a small portion of some of the websites I've created, some I will not disclose for commercial reasons but you'll get an appreciation of the wide range of industries I've been involved in and a broad range of web development approaches that I've used.

Commercial Websites

DavidMartin.co.nz - David is a Personal Development and Peak Performance Coach. He has over 20 years experience
in leading and growing top New Zealand businesses and entrepreneurs. David and I have colloborated on several projects, his personal blog being just one of them.

HowToLomi.com - Nancy Kahalewai and I came together through a mutual association with the PovertyBay Blues Club. In a very short time frame we have bought together a number of different information products around traditional Hawaiian healing arts and massage, known as Lomilomi. I'm also helping Nancy with the launch of her new book and the conversion of video archive footage of various Hawaiian elders and kahuna that we are making available via a sister website called TheHawaiianWay.com.

Property Conveyancy Services Ltd - Many kiwi's do not realise that the transfer of property in New Zealand no longer has to be performed by a lawyer in this country. Kim Matheson (the director of PCS) was instrumental in working with our government to change the legislation in New Zealand to allow this important work to be done by independent Certified Practitioners - known as CP's. I was engaged towards the end of 2009 to help them rebrand their organisation, create a new web presence and develop an effective national lead generation system. Today, they are the market and thought leaders in this space and enjoy a steady flow of leads from their web presence.

TheLuxuryBoatCenter.com - This site was established as a joint venture between myself and Maritimo Offshore NZ Ltd to promote luxury boats to discerning buyers in the luxury boating market, one of my personal passions. A great example of combining web SEO skills, innovative marketing strategies and a great product to produce better outcomes for all involved.

Health Related Websites

CureCandidaQuickly.com - 75% of all women will suffer a candida yeast infection at some stage in the course of their lives. The condition is also becoming more and more prevalent in men also. Lifestyle choices, courses of antibiotics, alcohol, sweet and fatty foods can all contribute to yeast overgrowth conditions within our bodies. This website is becoming an authority site for both male and female yeast conditions and receives over 10,000 visits per month.

Fat-Burning-Body.com - The dieting market is one of the fierest and most competitive fields on the Internet. I have a variety of different affiliate product sites that endorse proven, simple and safe weightloss solutions - this is just one of them.

Hemorrhoids-Aid.com - Not the nicest dinner time topic but over 1 million people every month go online seeking advice and help for hemorrhoid related issues. Another successful wordpress blog that I established sometime ago, this web property has recently been sold but is yet to be taken over by the new owner.

The Productive Man - Still a work in progress but my vision for TPM is a resource for male executives that can come to for dietry advice, energy information and tools and resources to become more productive, both in a personal and a professional sense. Due for completion around the end of the third quarter of 2010, TPM will be a membership based site that shares sensible health and productivity advice and information. 

NaturalHealthThatWorks.com - Healthbuy is one of the worlds largest distributors of health related products and services internationally. This is my main affiliate site for them that provides access to numerous male and female health products and supplements. 

ChooseGoodShoes.com - As no doubt you are aware Amazon are one of the worlds largest and most trusted digital retailers. I've been part of their partner program for sometime now and use their technologies across several of my web sites. This is a good example of one particular "niche" store.

Personal Development Websites

Core-Resourcing.com - Core-Resourcing is a colloboration between David Martin and I that delivers high quality information products anjd resources to help people overcome negative self beliefs, remove unwanted destructive self talk and to become more effective in achieving goals and creating the lives they deserve.

Mind-Movies-Reviews.com - The Law of Attraction, the movie called "The Secret" and visualisation techniques have become very popular in the past two years. Mind Movies takes this to a whole new level. I know for a fact in my own life that when I've been clearest about the outcomes I've wanted to achieve and formed mental images of what that would look like, the results have in time occurred just that way. Hence my interest in Mind Movies, the product and why I created the Mind-Movies-Reviews site.

Six-Days-To-Saturday-Review.com - Sam Crowleys Six Days Till Saturday is a program that's all about introducing balance back into peoples lives. It's a great message and certainly one that I also endorse and advocate - hence that's why I created this small website to promote his personal development program.

Technology Related Websites

IM-B2B.com - Every internet marketer has to have their own site to promote Internet marketing products - right ;-)
I have a slightly different approach to this. This blog is still a work in progress also but is becoming a resource for people interested in learning more about the workings of Internet Marketing and will be ultimatley a resource for IM folk to come to discuss and share ideas that are industry related.

LCD-Flat-Panel-Monitor.com - The business model for this site is simple, drive traffic around various models of LCD displays and either sell monitors via the Amazon affiliate program or create revenue from ggogle adsense. Still early days but looks promising. 

NetworkKnowHow.info - With a background and 20 + years experience in computer network design, implementation and troubleshooting I'm surprised I took as long as I did to create this site. This is more of a hobby at the present but this site is about promoting useful and proven products for network administrators to be more effective in their day to day roles.

Online-Video-Guide.net - Not sure what to do with this web property just yet - It's currently just pointing to an affiliate video marketing toolset but when 27,000 people go searching for the term "online video guide" every month - I feel there's definitley opportunity there. Offers anyone?

Fun Stuff

BigWater.co.nz - A long time friend and talented muscian and song writer, Peter Stewart has a band called BigWater here in Gisborne NZ. BigWater is what "Wainui" translates to - where we both live. Thursday night band practices are fun, creative times to hear what new songs Pete has come up with and to appreciate the talents of Lincoln Wright - the drummer and Trevor Herc, bass guitarist. This is a site I put together to help promote their music and sell a few CD's.

PovertyBayBluesClub.co.nz - PovertyBay Blues Club gets together the first Tuesday of every month for jam nights and these are always well attended by artists and public alike. After about 20 very strong belgium beers in the Belgium Bar in Rotorua one night, club founder and president Darryn Cline, persuaded me that perhaps the club could do with a website..... the rest is history as they say. I capture the photos and most of the video footage each month and publish these to the clubs youtube channel and then onto the website here - it's fun and great to see local artists getting exposure that they would not have got otherwise.
